"Office is a joke. They told me I had an STI when I didn't. They tested for things I was not made aware of and when I told them the test couldn't be right I had to waste my whole day as well as my husbands to have another very violating test done. The pap was done sloppy and painfully by one of the nurse practitioners. After I got the results the office didn't even have the decency to apologize for the mistake and billed me for all the visits. I complained to the management but they really could care less about how I was treated and didn't follow through taking care of the bills. I don't think they should be receiving money from my insurance nor I for making mistakes like this."
