"I will never forget the experience I had here today at this doctor office. It was the worst. Their customer service horrible I said they doctor office for three hours and never got seen by a doctor or anyone and all they kept saying was OK OK would you like to reschedule? Why why would I reschedule something I was never seen I recommend zero stars and never to go back Left there went to another place and was seen immediately"

"I had to pay for $160 referral/consultation where the doctor only just spoke with me, no other diagnostics/bloodwork done, for maybe 5-10 minutes. Then the office went ahead and scheduled me for a surgery that I didn't discuss a good timeframe for. The front office then was confused on what surgery I was to have on a different phone conversation when I had to cancel. They also would not follow up with my insurance after asking multiple times to make sure every part of the surgery was covered under it. They then rescheduled me again without any phone call or discussion, where I had to cancel because it was just 3 days away and the day before a holiday weekend. Community actually was the one to call me to confirm the surgery date that I knew nothing of. I had to call the office to find out what was going on. They rescheduled the surgery again (remembering that they actually do that type of surgery) but never followed up with insurance or myself for any further instructions. It is now less that 2 days out from my re-scheduled surgery date and I have not been given any information/answers/instructions for what the surgery entails, how I need to prep for it or if I would get stuck with a large bill if surgery/anesthesia were to be out of network since it's done at Community hospital. Absolutely inexcusable poor healthcare from this office and do not recommend them."

"Back in 2013 I had my baby girl Dr. Sanders was with me the whole way my daughter was born very healthy and is now about to be six years old I'm currently pregnant 35 weeks with my second child and this time I'm having a baby boy but I also have alot of other medical problems with this pregnancy that I didn't have in my first pregnancy these things were of no challenge for Dr. Sanders and I know I'm in really great hands no way would I ever see another doctor for care while pregnant I highly recommend Dr. Sanders and his nurse practitioner and team all follow in the same category of being great as well"
