"The campus safety and security's failure to administer parking tickets undermines order and fairness in managing campus parking. Proper enforcement is essential for maintaining a safe and organized environment. Reassessing protocols, implementing regular patrols, and educating the campus community are necessary steps to address this issue promptly."
"Security is a joke. A visitor walked right into the building, past the security desk and wasn't even asked for credentials for being in the building on a weekend when virtually no one is around. IMO the university needs to get a legitimate security department that does more than just take up space. There isn't even so much as a respectable monitoring system in place for that particular building much less the rest of campus. Even when there is an incident on campus the response and communication policies in place are pathetically insufficient. The only thing the security department is good for is writing up overpriced parking fines because historically the university administration has been too incompetent to get proper parking for students, staff and visitors. Too much money has been focused on sub par athletics and not on the business of education and necessary facilities/support, which given the size and location of the school is what should should be more important. I hope that if an administrator reads this they'll take it as constructive criticism and take an honest look at what's really going on there at the university because it's completely evident that the school is in trouble. The plethora of negative news regarding the school over the last several years has made it obvious to the public that this is the case...and that's just with what has been let out to the public."
