"Rude practice. My daughter had a sonogram scheduled for today at 4:45 PM, she was just down the street when she receives a call from the office saying she was late. When my daughter says no my appointment is 4:45 PM, the office rep said ‘no I told you that you have to be here 45 minutes before your appt’ My daughter at this point is genuinely sorry and doesn’t remember this, but is extremely upset that the office is being so rude. Especially considering she originally went to see Dr.Song for debilitating cramps and was told by the doctor that she needed a sonogram before her next period and her office would call to schedule an appt in two days. Instead they didn’t call for an entire month, after another period. I just think if you are making appointment times, and want people there 45 minutes ahead of schedule you should probably say something to that affect in your reminders. Also, stop being so rude to people, the world needs more kindness. If my review does anything I hope it prevents someone else from having to deal with staff like this."

"I absolutely love Dr. Song she’s very attentive and timely. She just doesn’t care about her patients she’s interested in what’s going on with them outside personally.. I feel so comfortable sharing new life changing events. I’ve been here for over 5 years and wouldn’t change a thing.. The whole association rocks you all are amazing!!!"

"Unfortunately my experience with Dr. Song was not as positive as the rest of these reviews. I’m getting my MBA at the University of Chicago, and my student health services aren’t great. I wanted to see a real doctor, as I’ve been having some concerning gynecological symptoms. My visit to Dr. Song did little to ease my concern. I shared with her my list of symptoms, how scared I was, and that I wanted to be tested for a specific type of cancer. After brushing off my concerns, she performed the least thorough pelvic exam I’ve ever had. Not only did Dr Song fail to qualm my fears, but she failed to do her job. I’m seeing another OBGYN next week who has willingly agreed to run the tests I’ve requested. I don’t recommend Dr. Song."

"As a new patient, I thought Dr. Song would introduce herself and ask me a few questions but she was very brief and curt and essentially told me I didn’t need to come back unless I had a specific problem. I guess she’s right but I’ve never interacted with a new physician in this manner before. Maybe she was too busy. Disappointed but I guess I won’t be seeing her much anyway since she told me I didn’t need her to get the order for my diagnostic mammograms and my primary can perform the same functions as she can. So, there you have it."
