"I liked this doctor. The billing staff. Horrid. Sends a photocopy of a bill that looks like someone typed up in Word and this was a year and a half after my last visit. No information for what or when the bill was for. Phone calls to them either end up in a hang up by their phone systems because they aren't answering or I am able leave a message and don't get a return phone call for MONTHS. When they do call during normal working hours and I call them back immediately. The operator tells me they must be closed and to call back later. This went on for over a year! Still don't know what the bill was for!"
