"Dr. Halum and Nicole were both so kind and patient with daughter. They showed what they were going to do on her baby doll first and then on her. This made her feel comfortable throughout the process. Nicole was extremely patient and kind when completing the x-rays. My daughter got scared and Nicole took her time explaining what was going to happen and why it was important. She allowed me to stand with my daughter and keep her comfortable and focused on me while they took the x-ray.
