"Since the Telehealth has started, the service has gotten worse. I was told I had to get on Doxy.me. I was on the Doxy.me for an hour only to be told that I was a NO SHOW. The receptionist was rude and would not leave a message for the doctor to call me. They fail to realize that doctors and lawyers can be hired and FIRED at YOUR WILL!! I am seriously considering finding another doctor."

"We are very disappointed dealing with the office of Dr. Polezoes. If you need a refill you call in and never hear back. You call again they say we don't have any record of that. The pharmacy puts in a refill its ignored. Them a month later you call they tell you to set up a virtual appt with the doctor. So sad to have to deal with such unprofessional staff. Do not recommend this office or Doctor. We are now looking for a new Doctor."

"Saw Dr. Polezoes today, never have I had a better experience. He spent so much time going over my many questions and made me feel so much better about everything. First time in a long time I've felt confident in a physician and left feeling like I was getting the help I needed."

"Dr. Lam is wonderful, and always asks if I have questions at each appointment. I enjoy her knowledgeable care. I always feel welcomed by the ladies at both the front and check-out desks, and Dr. Lam's nurses (Jennifer and Leslie) are great! Both are very thorough, friendly, and more than willing to answer questions. I am also very thankful to Sarah on the lab side of the health center; she is a fabulous combination of compassionate and professional, and helped me through my first blood draw since a previous negative experience (elsewhere). This health center is doing it right!"

"I have never had any issues when I have visited up until recently when it took over an hour to be seen to have a tb test read. I am usually in and out rather quickly but this day was am off day. The nurses and Dr. K are always courteous and informative. It does stink that their lab isn't covered with AM Better but that is not their fault."
