"I made an appointment and they told me it shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes. After meeting with the nurse I had to wait another 45 minutes for doctor Lam to come in. They either scheduled two people at the same time or the patient before me came in late and they pushed my appointment without letting me know. I was very disappointed."

"I had a pleasant experience with her and her office. All my concerns were always addressed during my pregnancy. Couldn't have asked for a better doctor. The lab that is connected to her office could be better though. They open at 730am but everytime I come at that time,I am always waiting 30 min and I will be the only one waiting sometimes. Adjust the hours if 730 isn't feasible for the lab tech."

My first appointment I was there for 2 hours because they went over every question with me and really cared and wanted me to be comfortable. Her nurses are great and I already feel like I bother them with every little question but they are always polite and willing to help. I use an app called MyChart to get in touch with them and it makes things a lot easier. I feel very happy with the care me and my baby are receiving."
