"This would be a 0 star if possible. I took in my Switch with all accessories today to see how much I could get. When I checked in they said give us 45 mins and we'll call you. When they call my name they give me a low ball offer which didn't surprise me. I asked for everything back, and the guy said it will be a few minutes because the Switch was resetting. They factory wiped my system deleting roughly 10 downloaded games and ALL saved game progress. I asked why they would do that and he just replied "you should have been told when you checked in". I obviously wasn't told. I know games can be downloaded again, but the saved data is what really gets me. I was there to get information, and they deleted what I spent a lot of time and money on without consent. All I got was a "sorry" from someone who couldn't even make eye contact with me. Horrible business practice 0/5."

"This place is huge. Service was really good as well. They had the game game I wanted when I called, and they put it on hold for me. I also found way more stuff than just the 1 game I wanted. It was amazing! This place has to be a stop by place, 7 stars if I could. Can't wait for the next time I stop by! Excited!"

"Great selection and (for the most part prices) but they are VERY slow regardless of whether you’re buying or selling. Selling you’re pretty much guaranteed a two hour wait and other places seem to be more efficient. You’re guaranteed to wait in line at least 15 minutes and sometimes the items aren’t even available to be sold because they were filed incorrectly. Basically it’s a good place to shop but it’s a toss up on the customer service experience."
