"I worked with the Nile's, MI Branch regarding this review along with several corporate employees: Meridian Title Corp. ("MTC") assisted me with two closings in a few months and have now lost my business forever. MTC failed to disclose an outstanding fee on a property that their staff was privy to prior to closure. Not a huge fee, but large enough to be a shock once I was enlightened. Upon several discussions and requests MTC has said in a nutshell - "Tough luck, your problem". So that being said I will be going elsewhere and I recommend the same to you."
