"Went for a 3 hour glucose test. The building for waiting room area was freezing. Luckily I came bundled up. It was 36° out. I went early since it's a 3 hour test. I went at 8 am, which was recommended but no online slots were available so I did a walk in. Ms. Hope and Ms. Sherry were both amazing! Ms. Hope was quick and efficient and she was so kind. I was able to get them all done quickly she drew my blood quick and had a routine, gloves and all. She was able to make me feel comfortable and It was a nice stay for a 3 hour test. Waiting room was clean and quiet. DO NOT CALL. There is no receptionist available"

"The check-in kiosk offers to text you when it's your turn and that you can wait in a "nearby area", this feature is broken/doesn't work. Waited for 1 hour in my car, no text, went inside and my name was no longer showing as checked in."

"Went there on a Saturday morning for a blood panel draw. The experience went well...fast self-check in and I had only a few people ahead of me. A friendly tech quickly found my vein and took my blood in less than 2 minutes!! I was out of there in no time...maybe 15 minutes total. And lastly no need for a mask at the time of posting! Fantastic!!"

"I was very curious about this location because of all the poor reviews. However, it wasn’t all that bad. Another patient and I walked in to an empty lobby and receptionist area. We knocked on the door to find out that there isn’t a receptionist and you have to checkin at the kiosk inside the sitting area. The employees there are very short with you. Once the phlebotomist called my name, I was escorted to the back. I am not an easy stick. She got it on the first try. I shared my concerns about not visiting this location due to the reviews. She said that sometimes it depends on the patience of the patient. My experience was much better than expected. I wish I remembered her name. Don’t forget to take a mask with you."
