"They are very great people they did me right every time ty so much"
"Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love them and would recommend them to anyone"
"My son and I both had appointments recently and I really felt like the Doctor took his time with us and didn’t rush any part of our exam (which is really nice because I’ve been to some who flip through the slides so fast you can’t even tell which one is more clear/better than the other.) And the ladies in the front were all so kind! Marissa took her time explaining to us all of our options and made sure I understood what was covered with my insurance and what I would be paying out of pocket. She also really took her time with us and explained each upgrade that we were interested in."
"I’ve been a long time patient here, but the craftsmanship of my last 3 pairs of glasses have been the worst pairs of glasses that I have ever gotten all they want is your money up front they order the incorrect frames and not to mention that I can’t read street signs that are 50 feet away. Everyone should really go elsewhere. Looks like y”I’m still wearing 15 year old glasses because of their eyewear department."
"16 CFR Part 456 states that an optometrist is required to give the details of a patient's prescription whether they ask for it or not. Nowhere in the statute does it say it is unlawful to provide this information due to it being expired, like the staff suggested to me. What it does say is that it is unlawful for someone to fill an expired prescription, which happens to be 2 years, which I never asked your establishment to do. I just wanted to know my prescription, and clearly you are obligated to give this information, in my opinion. It is not your place to refuse to tell me what my prescription was when I was last there. That information belongs to me. It is MY medical records. I paid for it. Refusing to answer the phone is not a good way to keep this out of the public eye. You're open until 5pm. I suggest you answer the phone or I can post the video on YT for the court of public opinion to decide. Then we can deal with it in court, if that's how you want to deal with it."
