"I recently brought in my 90 year old mother for an appointment. Laura, who did her initial evaluation, was great. The last appointment she had was not good. the person doing her initial evaluation was short tempered, unhelpful and impatient. Mom is almost deaf so you can expect the evaluation to be a problem but, Laura was kind, considerate and extremely friendly and treated her with the utmost respect. The doctor, and I can't remember her name as she is new to the practice was also very sweet, tolerant and willing to help mom in any way possible."

"At my most recent eye exam, it was decided that the time had come to have my cataracts removed & I was referred to Dr. Smith at the Emerson office. Y'all. My anxiety was through the roof. I mean, eyeball surgery sounds like a bad time. Dr. Smith and staff made sure that it was the opposite. Okay, well, it wasn't a good time. But it was a great experience. The practice is very professional, the office space is extremely clean and you can tell they use updated equipment to make sure you’re getting the best exam. Dr. Kora Smith is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of my questions, took the time to explain things I was unfamiliar with and made me laugh.
