"Dr. Malik is rude and disrespectful!! He acted like a pompous, arrogant jerk on my first visit. I never went back! I would give him a lower rating if I possibly could!!!!"
"Dr. Malik is an amazing doctor! 100% recommend!! He’s super nice and did amazing on my recent surgery!"
"Top notch care here! Thank you to Dr. Malik and every person who works at this great office. I felt that I was given all the necessary information and helped to understand how to best move forward. The doctor and staff are professional, pleasant, and kind. I’m thankful I chose to go to this office."
"This is THE model medical office. The staff I had were so friendly and helpful. Thank you Melanie and Courtney. Dr Malik was patient, professional and I didn't feel rushed. A rare experience in the current medical environment. I see many providers and he is at the top. Thank you"
"The assistant and provider were great! Very professional; however, the front office staff were rude to me and my special needs adult son. We filled out the necessary paperwork beforehand with his diagnosis and when we got there we did not have his guardianship form as we did not realize it was needed. If they would have reviewed his paperwork in advance they could have let us know we needed to bring it with us. The receptionist seemed flustered and told everyone my son had autism and we did not have our guardianship form. Apparently she has not been HIPAA trained and shared his medical information. I think the receptionist was new but very unprofessional and extremely rude for working in a customer service job. There was no need to alert the entire office of his diagnosis. I am a parent trying to get my son help and we are stared at enough in the community. There was no need to alert he had autism as I filled out the form in advance. 09/14/2021 Update, I had received a call from the office manager apologizing and we had a follow-up appointment today. All of the staff were completely professional and kind to us upon our return visit and treated us, especially my son, with respect. We are glad they were able to turn it around so he can get the best care. We all have bad days and maybe they had a bad day too. I am changing my review because we are very happy with how it worked out."
