"This is the worst daycare l ever visited in lndianapolis.To imagine l was excited the first day l walked to the front door only to stay for over 10minutes with no response to doorbell.I was met with a disgruntled sets of people for over 2months processing my childcare enrollment. At the end l received a call by the owner telling me l should not call their number.She insulted me when l questioned their enrollment process.She said something l will never forget "...l don't know from goddam Adam where you are from".she doesn't even know who she was talking to.Most of the staff were rude and so unprofessional.That place smells to me right from the beginning but l was desperate for a childcare. I felt relieved at her outburst telling me to go to hell,..."stop calling us.We are not taking your child".lf only she knew who she was talking to.Parents, please don't be desperate.Look deeply before you throw your child into this kind of daycare.They called it a ministry church daycare and she talked so rudely and arrogantly to a parent she had no clue who the person might be...Time will tell Pride Academy."

"Seen them in the community recently while out at the park with my children . Over heard one of the staff members scream at a little one for coming over saying hi to me and my kids while at the park then told her loudly don’t talk to strangers in such a aggressive tone and made the little girl scream cry while I’m the community park. She then later yelled at another one of her children in the park screaming sit down . Not sure f today’s a good day for the staff or not but very poor professionalism and such poor attitude with children! Need more staff with positive attitudes I wouldn’t dare send my children here . 7-13-2020"

"Very friendly and professional staff. Always clean. They go above and beyond, you know they really care about your child's growth. Pride Academy is by far the best childcare I have ever had. I would recommend them to any family. They also have a fantastic summer camp program."

"I love this place, and my child loves this place. Everyone from the office staff to the teachers are very nice and very personable. My son LOVES his Ms. Janice, as well as all the other teachers/staff. The ladies in the office are SO nice, and make me feel so welcomed every time I go in there. The teachers really work with the kids, and have a certain curriculum to meet, and that ensures me that my child is learning at the correct pace he should be. This really is a great place for your children."

"My daughter attended a yr ago and in a nut shell i felt they were understaffed, plenty of times I would pick her up and there would be 10-12 in the 1-2year olds room with one teacher or care provider. My might of had another helper floating around but not in the room active. Then one lady would say one thing about how they accept payment and another lady would 'over rule' her. You could tell they just wanted children on ccdf BC of pricing! I now have another child and ccdf and luckily have found a wonderful compationate licensed home care giver that they have been attending since I left this place."
