"Have been to this location a few times, but almost always the place is so busy it's a slower process to get in/out. At one point, I called in to order ahead but the foot traffic still impacted. Have bought bottle chlorine and some pool chemicals but rarely parts because of the time it would take to get someone's attention and lookup parts."

"Ok, this review is based on four visits I have made. One was great. Three I had to wait 15 minutes or more hearing how though life is because a colleague was out / sick whatever. Today, I was there at 6.35. They can't test water 30 minutes before they close. Ok, I was 5 minutes late, but it also told me: We don't care about you, and this was my last trip to Leslie's. I don't need all your promo stuff if you don't even understand the basic needs of customers. Good luck. I'm going somewhere they care about customers."
