"I never leave bad reviews but this was so terrible… I just called to get info for my 3 year old son and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. Terrible customer service and extremely unkind. I was honestly just trying to get info on pricing and schedule. Long story short I will NOT be sending my child to this place and surrounding him with people who treat others that way. The woman hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional!"

"I used to work there as the lead teacher I loved working, Heather was my boss my last days she did a wonderful job and I would recommend anyone to come to kindercare with there children I have some coworkers that are really cool as teacher & co workers i would bring my own children to this child care center one day I have my own children"

"Brandi, the director, is wonderful. She cares about all of the kids at Rainbow, and wants every parent to feel confident leaving their children there. When I had a newborn there, we had some issues with the first room she was in and didn’t feel the teachers in the room were a great fit for us, and when we told Brandi, she switched us to the other infant room the following day. She moved to Kim’s room, and I will forever be grateful for Kim. She made the stressful experience of leaving my newborn all day for work SO much better, as I knew she cared SO much about the babies. You can tell she genuinely loves her job there. She called me every time she had even a tiny feeling something was off. She sent me pictures during the day through the daycare’s parent portal app, and told me all of the funny things that my baby did during the day when I came to pick her up. My older daughter at this time was in pre-k and loved it also. She formed great relationships with her teachers and friends. Overall, we had a great experience with Rainbow on Carnegie."
