"I live next door, about 300' away, and I can't have my door open on nice days for the constant yelling. But not from the kids: their voices don't carry that far, and I can mostly ignore their play. It's the *teachers*. I guarantee you they are yelling at your kids all day if the outdoor time is any indication. The tone isn't logistical or kind, either. They're telling them off constantly. If you aren't capable of interacting with kids in a non-emergency situation without screaming at the top of your lungs at them, 1. Walk 10' and speak to them directly and 2. why are you a teacher."
