"I have nothing but issues with this store every time. Friday night my husband and I go in there to upgrade our phones, they couldn't even get up away from their tables to come show us the new phones and features they have, then when we do upgrade them in the middle of thenprocess the manager is arguing with the employees right in front of customers. The employee doesn't even tell me we can get 20% off order if we added 3 accessories, adds insurance of $17 a month without asking us when we have a 3rd party insurance on our plan, apparently since we upgraded on samsungs, we were supposed to get 50% off our cases was told to call 611 to get an account credit, then Saturday I go take and drop off a phone we used towards an upgrade, manager was complaing the whole time about an employee calling in, degrading the other employee that was there in a room full of customers , took my phone and said he would email me a receipt showing it was turned in, never emailed it to me, didn't act like they even wanted to attempt to answer my questions, today (Monday) I call for my receipt because I had this issue before with an iPhone being.lost and put on someone else's account, and he said he text me the tracking number then hangs up on me. I've had it with this store and will be going to Evansville from.now on!"

"Went in after trying to port our numbers via their customer service center and was met by a fabulous new manager Anthony T. He was able to get both of our lines ported over, saved us money by getting the discounts on the account and my husband walked out of there with a new phone for free! This manager is brand new to Indiana and had only been in town a mere 4 days and was very thoughtful and energetic about learning about the area and what people did. I would highly recommend this store front even if you had a bad visit the last time you were there!! You will not be disappointed!!!"
