"This company is horrible!!! They deny you and suggest another medicine then when the doctor tries to get this one approved they refuse to work with them and state they will not verify if you have coverage when you do. They do everything they can not to cover your medicine. Worst coverage EVER!!!"
"No customer service on weekends! Went to get my daughters prescription and pharmacy said my plan was terminated. Doesn't make sense! I pay biweekly through my company. Now I have to pay full price because my daughter needs it and chase them down on Monday to get reimbursed. They also play games with covering some meds. Be ware!"
