"I just have to share this because we live in a world now where people are less caring, always in a hurry and put very little effort into their job, healthcare especially has changed since Covid. I am new to TrueScripts so this was my first experience calling them. My 6 year old needed a new medicine that was going to be way too expensive every month. I went back and forth with the dr and pharmacy and we tried another med and it had terrible side effects, so I decided to call my “insurance” to see what could be done. I wish I would have called sooner! The entire experience was just wonderful..no one likes to take time out of their busy life to make those calls and get disappointed and frustrated when it’s all for nothing but this was the total opposite. I had Emily T. answer the phone immediately...no waiting on hold. She was so sweet and genuine and immediately got to work helping me. She needed to call my pharmacy and said she would call me back..and she did call me back within 15 min!! Not only did she fix this issue I was dealing with for over a month but she gave me tips and advice to prevent any future frustration for me. AND THEN a week later she sent a card and a teddy bear to my daughter with such kind and encouraging words. I was just shocked...it was just the sweetest thing I’ve experienced from stranger ever! We need more Emily’s in this world for sure. I’m a big fan of TrueScript and how they run their company."

"Terrible communication, lost documents,2 weeks to get a prescription approved and it was turned down for a incorrect code. The Doctor verified it was the correct codes. Now if you call in you can’t speak to anyone in customer service, A message says we are in a company wide meeting to better assist our customers. I got an idea, maybe answer the customer’s call.This has been a total run around."
