"In Oct of 2022 I did the up next on 2 iphones. The 2 new iphone 14’s were sent to the Washington store and they kept my other 2 phones to ship back. They NEVER shipped them back to at&t. Not only do I not have the old phones but now they are charging me for them on my bill. I have talked to store manager who says the district manager is taking care of it, they got rid if one guy and have another now? Talked to several employees, and am still waiting for my credit on the old phones that I DO NOT HAVE. And they cant give me the old phones back because they cant find them. Found the box the new ones were shipped to them in tho! Very unhappy with this if I could give less than 1 I would. I have been very patient I mean it has been 5 months!"

"Garrett put in a lot of time to make the things we wanted to happen. The first responder plan was new to the Washington Indiana area and he rose to the challenge to make everything happen for us. He was the only clerk in the store and he was able to handle the additional customers needs as they came in while we were there. He was polite, engaging and patient as he was maneuvering through the routs necessary to complete our order. Lisa was also very professional and persistent to help complete the transfer process. Very nice experience."

"I bought a new phone on e-bay. I took it in for a SIM card and to get contacts etc. moved from my existing phone. The store manager, Jay, was very courteous and took care of everything for me. He was patient about moving lots of apps and files. He got everything set up and working smoothly. Even though the phone was not purchased at AT&T, these services were provided at no additional cost."
