"Having the Driskell CPA Firm do my taxes was a terrible experience. I would not go here. I was left in dark during the entirety of the return process. It would have been much easier for me to file myself. They honestly made the whole process way more complicated for me and added stress to me. For example, I had to follow-up multiple times on the status of my return because after two months I heard nothing. Not a peep. I was then told they had not filed mine yet after two months because they were focusing on corporation filings over mine. The front desk lady was also rude when I came by pick up some papers and acted like I was an idiot for not being an accountant...Overall terrible experience and I would not go here. You'd be better using H&R block if you have fairly standard tax filings like mine were. Using the Driskell Firm was a waste of $450.00 dollars (what I was charged)."
