"For the most part it was an enjoyable experience, however when I made the appointment I was under the impression that it was at the location on Jack Warner parkway. I did not know that there was a different location on McFarland and upon showing up for the appointment at the location I knew the staff told me I was at the wrong location. One staff member made a comment that they had been at this location for over a year. My check ups are yearly and no staff advised that there was a different location when the appointment was made. The staff then gave me a flyer that gave directions to the other location, but this flyer was incorrect and did not give complete directions. When putting the address given on the flyer in to a GPS it took you to a location that was not the facility for the appointment. I had to call the office and get amplified directions to the facility. This all made up for a bad start to a Monday morning. Once at the correct location things got better and the appointment went well."
