"They have a good system going on, yes you need an appointment but also you will take a number and wait on line till is your turn. So I would suggest for you to be 30 min earlier and you would actually make it to your appointment on time. People working there are very respectful and will try to help you on any way they can."

"I submitted my return electronically on January 30th! I'm still waiting. I've tried calling since this is well beyond the norm as stated on their own site, but can never get to a live person. I've been trying to call to get an appointment at the local office for 3 weeks and keep getting the message that due to a high volume of callers you need to call later or another day. I get this message no matter what time of day I call. Extremely frustrating."
