"I've had experience with this place in the past and I didn't particularly like it, but I saw Dr Garner. My daughter saw Dr Smith. He was really good and they did a really good job with her on her hearing test. Considering seeing Dr Smith for my own hearing."

"The first time I called the office they hang up on me after 5 minutes of waiting. I recalled and for seventeen minutes the answering service kept telling "your call is very important to us. You are number one in queue'" The receptionist answered in 17 minutes and while getting information from me - called to make an appointment - got disconnected. Or hang up on me again. Horrible attitude. This unpleasant experience was more than enough, will have to search another clinic. i wish i could give them 0 stars"

"every single time I call they hang up on me. i’ve had hives for TWO MONTHS. and they can’t figure out why. that’s fine whatever. but the doctor refuses to call back or even look at the lab work. i’ve called everyday for weeks and nothing. don’t waste your time. UPDATE office manager is very nice and helpful"

"My daughter came for a problem with her throat. They worked around my schedule. They were kind, courteous, and had a very short wait time. Considering this was our first visit and I had to do paperwork, we were there less than an hour. The nurse was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered questions that we had. The doctor was kind and had a good bed side manner. I believe we saw Dr. Gardner but I've seen so many lately, I cant keep it straight. Great experience over all."
