"I used this companyu for 4 years and they were always slow about getting to me to service my pool. Seems the only one to schedule service is the service person and the owners have no control whatsoever he does. I ordered and paid a big deposit for a pool liner last fall and it took till the end of June before it was installed so we lost almost 2 months of swimmimg . Dean said the leak we had in the pool was all in the liner (I agree we did need a new liner) and didn't look any further for it. So after the liner was installed i was still losing 2 inches of water in 12 hours or at least 841 Galllons. So I called and called every week to have him check it out, after 3 weeks Dean called and we discussed it and he said he would send his assistant to dig up the area we t6hought it would be in, that was on Tues and so I waited and he never showed up. Oh I forgot, when they put in t6he liner they were short a couple of pieces to hook it up to the side so there were gaps where the liner was attached and Dean said he would be back next week to fix them and I could go ahead and use the pool. He didn't make it back and 4 weeks later after I called several times about it and finally said I would not pay for it till it was finished (i was afraid to run my robot cleaner since it climbs the walls) the assistant showed up and and fixed it the next day and said Dean had never told him to come and dig up the line. I had to quit filling the pool since the water bill was eating me up and wait . it has been a month and a half since i filled it and the pool is down 5 inches below the jets and unusable. I have only been able to use the pool for 2 weeks this year. I would not advise anyone to use this service"
