"I went with a group of my friends to this tj maxx a few weeks ago and boy was it something. My friend wanted to try on clothes and when she went back there to try them on, she was not asked how many items she had, when the employee realized she asked me how many items my friend had and I told her two. Next thing I know a person who I assume was the manager came into the fitting rooms knocked on her stall door and told her that she had to exit the stall and hang her clothes up outside. My friend left the fitting room and did as told but was confused as to why she was forced to exit the fitting room especially since the fitting room employee was told how many items she had by me. The manager continued to follow my friends and I throughout the store, barely putting any distance between us. I understand that sitting on store furniture is not what you’re supposed to do but we weren’t damaging the furniture in any way and the manager comes to tell us to get off of the furniture if we are not needing help with it. We got off the furniture and she was still keeping a watchful eye on us until we decided to just buy our things and leave. We checkout and as we walk out the door the alarm goes off, neither me nor any of my friends stole anything from that store but the manager came up to the door and said maybe there was something in my bag to which I responded to by waving my purse in front of the alarm with no reaction coming through. She then went as far as to say, “Maybe one of your friends have something.” referring to my friend who was earlier taken out of the fitting rooms. We all walked through the alarms again and they didn’t go off so we left. I understand some of the stuff my friends and I did could’ve been better but I certainly don’t think that we should’ve been watched the whole time we were in the store and I definitely think my friend shouldn’t have been forced to leave the fitting room. I don’t know if this was an off day or something but we were all shocked that this was the outcome of our little shopping trip."

"Very clean and well organized. The dressing rooms are clean and well lit. Absolutely love the limitless items to try on. I despise making multiple trips in and out to discover nothing fits. The attendant was wonderful and the checkout went quickly. I’m SO happy to have TJMaxx in Jasper!! ❤️ Went today with my 4 year old to pick out a reward. She chose a toy keyboard that looked really nice. I checked the price and realized it was clearance and "as-is." I figured out its because a couple keys are broken. She still wanted it and I'm impressed at the employees catching this and marking it appropriately. Thank you for being on top of everything!"
