"I have had the opportunity to do both of my internships with Third Phase and I absolutely love it! They are a nonprofit organization who help the Hamilton County community with housing and food. The trustees office also gives vouchers to low income families and they can get the clothing and necessities from the thrift store. I like that anything unused is donated to other organizations even outside the local community. Sandra and Peggy have been my site supervisors and have taught me more than any classroom could. I now feel confident about my goals and my major in Human Services. My internship at Third Phase has helped me to improve my people skills and understanding my place in the Human Services Field."

"I have volunteering at Third Phase for the past month and can not think of a better cause to lend a hand to. Every time I arrive I am greeted by amazing residents and such a caring staff. In my time here, I have helped in the Food Pantry, and the Thrift Store. Working with Peggy in the Food Pantry has been great! Everything is so organized and she takes great pride in the quality of supplies that are provided for the residents and those in need. The Thrift store is incredible. It has the lowest prices in all of Hamilton County and the merchandise within is in tip top shape. They truly have everything. Books, toys, personal care goods, clothing, and electronics. Sandra is an amazing woman who runs the thrift store and is hands down the best individual I have ever worked with. "Words can't describe how amazing this place is. Upon arrival I was greeted by not only the most friendly staff, but most amazing residents you could imagine. I was needing some assistance with my current situation and everyone there was lending a helping hand. Sandra & Peggy were more than accommodating and I could not have asked for better leadership. The inside of their food pantry is organized and everything is brand new. Peggy makes sure everything is of the upmost quality as if she was feeding her own children. When in the Thrift Store everything is well organized and well kept. The entire area was clean and all the items are up to date and extremely well priced. I was able to get my ever growing daughter a pair of designer jeans for an incredible price. Sandra helped me locate everything within the store and could not have been more friendly. Third Phase, I appreciate you more than words can describe and I will forever support your cause!!!!! :)"

"Let me start with this place was very accommodating and understanding. Sandra and Donna were amazing. They made me feel appreciated and understood. If you are a thrift shopper, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND paying them a visit. I observed their customer service intensely while volunteering here. All of the customers that came in and out of the thrift store seemed very happy with the service they were provided. Third phase is a very clean residence with amazing staff for the most part. Whether you are looking for shelter, volunteer work, community service availability, or simply just a food pantry. Third phase is the place to go:) thank you guys for everything!"

"When I first got to Third Phase I wasn't sure I was going to like it, until I got to know the staff and the house. Everyone there is so welcoming and they cared for everyone that walked through their doors. The pantry is runned by very special women that put a lot of effort into making it awesome. The food pantry has some great interesting foods I've never heard of and I guarantee if I wasn't doing community service I would have gotten all those things. The thrift store is runned by a wonderful nice woman that stays there all day to make sure everything is going well. The thrift store is truly awesome, it has so many unique antiques and tons of clothes. I've hanged up so many clothes that I wanted right then and there. It's way better than a goodwill. I personally love Third Phase and I love the people there."
