"Zero communication AS promised. Had an appt to get my battery replaced 24 hours ago. They broke my phone and had to order parts. I went in yesterday 4 hours after my phone was supposed to be done & the manger told me they knew 2 hours before I came back that he broke the phone & parts need to be ordered. No call. No communication. Why did I just stop in and not call the store. Oh, I called the store. But, the calls go to a call center where English is not the primary language. I was transferred around. I had to call back to figure out what was going on. That’s when they explained you can’t call the store direct. The entire process has been ridiculous. When I walked in for my appt the young man took my phone and poked around on the computer for 10 to 15 minutes. He went and checked stock on the battery twice? Why confirming the first time the battery was in stock wasn’t good enough? Very long and frustrating process. Still no communication. To say the least. I will not longer be doing business here. A simple battery turned into a total mess. Can trust a small purchase, not going to even try to deal with a large purchase. (Sadly, we have purchased from the before. TVs, appliances)"

"This is the epitome of a dying retailer. Walkways are clogged with various stacked boxes, and impulse items. There’s not an employee to be found other than clustered round the security desk chatting. The ones who do “help” are barely helpful. I stopped shopping here years ago and understand why I haven’t been back."
"Absolutely the most unorganized Best Buy I have ever been in. There is absolutely no respect for the customer. The employees at night have to be some of the laziest people. They point finger and mad you to go that direction and leave aimlessly looking for items. If I could give NO stars I would. Absolutely disappointed. I will make sure to direct people to stay clear if the plan on having a decent day."
