"Please be careful when sending your children to Abacus. While there are some teachers who care, there are others that are very rough with students. You will hear teachers yelling and cussing at kids. We had multiple accident reports. The reports did not line up with the stories that were told. We had a burn and marks on our child that they had no answers for except that there was “no crying episode.”. The communication is horrible. We could no longer keep our child here out of fear of something happening due to teachers with very little patience for young kids."

"I didn’t even want to give the 1 star. These teachers are not trained to keep these kids. My grandson who is only a year old was bit by another child. It’s 2 teachers in his room with only 5 or 6 kids and this happened. Then the incident report was written in 3rd person. They didn’t give a explanation on how it happened. The next day when we took him he was crying and did not want to stay. Room smelled like dirty diapers. He has caught all kinds of viruses and the hand, foot and mouth disease. So that lets me know they aren’t very clean. Very unprofessional place for kids."

"Best daycare ever! Anna is the best worker, and she does everything! It’s very evident she plans lessons and takes time outside her job to make all these fun crafts and activities! From changing diapers, food serving, and playing with the toddlers I will be very disappointed to see her gone. The place has office workers where there’s only key codes to get in-and-out. I am pleased by the security installed as not many other places have more secure enterances."

"Teachers are not trained and not professional. A teacher put their hands on my child like the other reviews suggested. I will be taking this action up further. Something has to be done to correct the unprofessional behavior at this daycare center."
