"As a new patient (my daughter), I came by this morning to drop her paperwork for appointment scheduling. Their hours of operations for Monday has the office opening at 730am. I’ve been waiting patiently in the parking lot since 740am. Someone arrived around 750am (I presumed they were here to open) but the facility is till closed. When calling the office, it stated the office opens at 730 on Mondays. Where is the staff? If office hours has changed, this information needs to reflect for situational awareness. I’ve waited thirty minutes with no staff insight. Hopefully I have better luck on Wednesday."
"While Dr. Kenneth Taylor is very knowledgeable of the workings of bone in the human body. And his front end staff is good at data collecting and patient processing. His admin department is the worst in the industry. I was referred to his office by the E.R. because of an vehicle accident injury. During my first visit I understood that there could have been a out of pocket costs if my medical insurance didn't cover the visit. Which that wasn't the surprising part. The surprising part was being instructed on my first visit that I would need to pay a minimum of $25 on my second visit and I was understood that would go toward my balance. However that's not what happened on my second visit I was told by the administration office manager that I would have to pay the full office visit in order to see the doctor and I refuse to do that. After instructing the office my accident medical claim was going to pay office visit going forward. They refuse my appointment and speculated that after all bills came in that my medical cost could eat into my medical coverage and may still leave them with a unpaid bill. Even after they spoken with my medical accident insurance claim adjuster. So this was my first time getting refused a medical follow-up. From a hospital referred bone doctor. Dr. Taylor may want look closely at his office manager communication to patients cause it differently wasn't clear to the clients and patient. My opinion the admin get a "F" on communication and not following their communicated instructions to patient on the follow-up visit."
"Dr.Taylor is very understanding and the staff was so helpful that I have to give them a five star."
"Dr Davis, Dr Turki and Dr Thornbury have all done surgery on and they were each a great doctor."
"Wait time is outrageous appointment at 9:30 don't get seen until after 12 and that's every time I have been there. I wish I could have gave 1/2 star."
