"My stepfather was a patient here and he just died of cancer. When he was diagnosed in February of 2023 my mom went back and looked and his blood work looked bad in the fall of 2022. No one cared and his cancer was not caught in time. Also when he was first diagnosed it was like pulling teeth getting help with referrals. Casey Long refused to see him the whole time. It was heartbreaking because he really liked and respected him. I am thinking of filing a complaint with the medical board. Do not go here if you value your life, they do not care about you."

"My appointment was at 9 to still be sitting here waiting to be seen 45 minutes later is unacceptable. 4 people have walked in AFTER me and been taken to the back. When I went to ask how much longer it would be the women at the front desk are very rude and nonchalant. I don’t really believe this will be the primary doctor for me. Pretty sure I will not be back."

"Pretty awful… appointments don’t really matter. It’s a whole day ordeal if you want to be seen by a doctor. Better bring a book. If your appointment is at 2 you should consider yourself lucky if you see somebody before 4. Doctors promise they would make a referral for a specialist… but they never do, cuz why would they? It’s not like it’s their job. Calling their office is also something made out of nightmares. If you want to talk to somebody you have to select that you want to make an appointment. And you might get lucky enough to get a lady who is rude… BUT doesn’t hang up on you. All in all, I’m looking for a new doctor’s office because this was my 3rd time, same experience."

"I have had nothing but wonderful experiences each time I have a visit. The whole staff is super kind and actually take their time to listen to you and genuinely care. Nurse Christy and Dr. Casey Long are absolutely wonderful! Dr. Long never makes me feel as if I am rushed and always takes his time. He is the best doctor that I have been to and I don’t plan on ever leaving this office! I struggle with anxiety and have always been super skeptical about Doctors and who I choose to see. He is absolutely amazing!! I highly highly recommend him and this office!"

"Though our primary doctor, Dr.Hill-Graham is extremely kind and sweet, recently I have been trying to get a referral from them for COVID-19 testing but cannot get past the receptionist staff. They are unhelpful, rude, and very uninformative. I wasn’t able to get a referral but thankfully my employer was able to provide one. If you are looking for a primary doctor, I suggest looking elsewhere."
