"One star because you can't give zero. I walked in and was told to check in on a tablet, which then sent a link to my phone. I find this both rude and unprofessional to do all this myself when there's a person sitting behind glass who should be doing this for me. When taken back to a room I was taken to a dirty one then a clean one. After the nurse took my vitals she said the "provider" will see you soon. I didn't want a provider, I came to see a doctor. I would have left that instant if they didn't make you PAY IN ADVANCE. She came in (the almighty provider that is) and said she couldn't do anything for me if I didn't take a covid test. I explained I was at a clinic prior for and ear and sinus infection and was still feeling ear pain after finishing a round of antibiotics. I informed the young lady I just wanted to have my ears and sinuses checked and possibly be prescribed another round of antibiotics if things still looked infected. She refused and called it allergies. This place had the vibe of a shady joint you go to get pain pills for injuries that never happened, it certainly did not feel like a doctors office. I was offended to no end to be talked down to when I just wanted someone to look in my ear."

"The doctor and the staff at fast paced health urgent Care got me in the door as quickly as possible knowing I was in severe pain. Not knowing what the problem was test results came back and they immediately knew what to do to get me fixed up. Thank you for your kindness and care and I would recommend your facility to anyone in the Shelbyville Indiana or even Indianapolis area. You should be proud of yourselves and Samantha the nurse, who is a sweetheart, and was very kind and patient waiting for me to perform a urine test which I was having trouble performing because I was in so much pain. Thank you for your patience and your kindness Samantha!!"

"I have been here three times for my children on the weekends when their pediatrician’s office is closed. All three times, my family has been greeted with smiling and friendly faces. All of the staff, to include reception and medical personnel, have been nothing but wonderful to us. They take the extra time and have patience with my young children to make them feel comfortable. I have also received follow up calls after visits to ensure my children’s health and recovery from sickness is going well. This is a wonderful place to visit if you’re not feeling well or have a minor injury."
