"This place doesn't deserve 1 star. As soon as my sister and I arrived here, we were told to put our things in a plastic bag, we did they said put our names on the label and put it in the bag. We did that. We had errands to run so we left. When we got back our bags had been ripped open and everything we had was gone. We never got it back. We had to wear the same clothes for a month that's how long we were there. They put a little pack of oatmeal in a little paper cup then put water out of a portable plastic container into the instant oatmeal. It's about one inch of oatmeal, and a little paper cup of coffee half full. That's all every single day. Lunch is at 12:30. In the multipurpose room. The food isn't eatable. We had chicken one day it had blood coming out. Of it. I was told by a staff member that. WWassauce. I knew better. I took it to the microwave cooked it on high for 12 minutes until the blood stopped runninh out of it. We had left over beans rice and yellow cut up hot dogs and a tiny package of dried cranberries. It was rotten. Not enough to eat. No sleep no showers this place is a concertration camp. The lady who's name is Keyanna. Made my sister go to the back of the line four times, because after the wheelchair people went through, my sister was first in line. Keyanna yelled to the top of her lungs at my sister made her go to the back of the line. Four times then told her she wasn't getting anything. I reported it to the supervisor, but nothing was done. I had to wait until night time to take a shower, they only have four bathrooms for hundreds of women on the second floor. Keyanna. Came banging on the door yelling and saying who's in there. I put my towel around myself, went to the door opened it. Was threatened by her that she was going to. Call the police on me because I asked her if this was a shelter, or jail. The list goes on. A cancer patient who had diabetes had all her medicine taken by the staff out of the storage. Never returned they caused her to break her thumb Aner cancer patient was denied food to the point of being so skinny she looks like a skeleton. I wouldnt put a dog inthis place."
"This place is horrible. You will get robbed in your sleep and they won't do anything but say they can't help you. The staff are mean girls with bad attitudes and will treat you like a child. If you have to be here make it your last resort unless you want to be treated like you're nothing."
"This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Worst shelter out there. They tell you they will help you find housing & help you get back on your feet. They did absolutely nothing to help. The staff is super disrespectful to the clients. They treated us like we were the scum of the earth, like they were so much better. I would rather go back on the street than ever go back here!!"
"Tried coming here to get shelter for 2 weeks while finishing my trucking orientation first day i signed paperwork i never went back. They Had me sitting waiting to be escorted to my area but took other families before me. From the pictures i thought it would be bunk beds it’s cots for people that are by themselves without children and you can’t bring your own cover or pillow. I get it but don’t get it. I don’t think anyone should be held to a higher standard if we’re all needing help. How is that helping. The people that come in by themselves they look right past them and don’t care but women with kids are treated like queens. Wouldn’t recommend this shelter if you’re alone. Curfew is 7pm. So I don’t know what exactly everyone was supposed to do if we can’t lay down till 8 or 9pm. I’ll rather sleep in my car or in a tent for 2 weeks"
"At reunion someone stole my uniforms while I was in the hospital. Did not return or replace anything. No communication on what to do at reunion. Was not able to navigate through. Wish they had better communication for my fear being left behind."
