"The owner Kevin Hocking is a scam artist, fruad and thief. This guy is the worse of the worse man company. Kevin Hocking took over 30k dollars and never order the equipment or completed the work under the signed contract. 10 months later and several people he has scam this is what I have in my back yard. Kevin Hocking and Pro Pools is currently under crimal investigation, as he has ripped off multiple people in the last year."

"Installation of liner skimmer and return. Cut and patch the existing rust spots on my pool. The skimmer and return are still leaking I constantly reach out for new replacement dates and he still hasn’t come through. It’s now been two months since my original install date. On top of it, they took my extension cord and never returned it. Very unprofessional and a headache. Best part is the second he claimed he was done he followed my wife to the bank to get paid. If you own a business have pride in what you do."

"They came out to replace a liner for my 24’ above ground pool. When removing the pool caps they broke all but 2 of them. They stated they will all be replaced that they had a Tom of them on the warehouse. 2 months nothing, 4 months nothing. Now we are into the next year and they will not answer my text’s or calls. My pool caps were on and un damaged before they did the work. Stay away from these so called pool people! My pool also has deep holes under the liner now that we’re not there! All I want is for the owner Kevin Hocking to come see the damage his company.specifically his son did to my pool."

"Terrible customer service, closed our pool and the pillow deflated, it took them 3 weeks to come fix it, then it deflated again, waited another 2 weeks for them to get back to us. The pillow was brand new not opened. 5 weeks later we asked if we could purchase a pillow from them and they wanted to charge us $65 to come back. Spoke with the owner who yelled at me on the phone that he was going above and beyond what he should."
