We told her we needed attire for a funeral. We were in and out within about 20 mins. She was on top of her game and was on point with sizes. I would go back here without hesitation in the future! "Today at 3:35, I walked in the store to not be greeted by any of the staff that was so busy hanging around folding. Not to mention the store had zero customers. Surprisingly, when a European woman walked in the European sales reb all the way in the back (blonde hair) made a point to acknowledge her presence and even came from the back a few feet. I talked to one rep who was sitting with her back towards me to only turn her head to ask me if I was looking for something. I told her three specific items to her to respond we'll I let you walk around. As I checked out a few items I walked to the back of the store where three sales reps where unpacking and folding sweaters to not once acknowledge my presence or ask any questions, tell me about any promotions. It was, I must say not a cheerful experience at all."

I was hesitant after my first experience, but I figured I would give them another try. Both times I walked in and was ignored. "Other" people that walked in after me, were acknowledged and greeted. No hello, may I help you, or even an I will be with you in a moment. Nothing. A sales person walked right past with absolutely no acknowledgement. I'm done."
