They have such unique arrangements from t-cup to candle arrangements..just adorable for any occasion! They provide other items for sale but that’s what I like to get whenever I’m in town;) If you haven’t stopped in, you are missing out!"

"I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday from this shop long distance (I live in Wyoming, my daughter lives In Illinois). Her son’s father as well as her brother had both just recently passed away- one in October, the other in November of 2023. I wanted a beautiful bouquet of birthday flowers to brighten her day since she is still grieving from this tremendous loss. The flowers were delivered to her place of employment uncovered. They were not fresh and some were already beginning to slightly droop when she received them. (I know this bc she sent me pics).By the next day the entire bouquet looked like it was a week old. I called the shop to see what could be done. I was told to send pics. Instead my daughter, who works in the same town as this shop, took the arrangement back so they could see it in real ad iprotect s she used to work in a floral shop herself and has some experience working with flowers.When the owner saw the bouquet the first thing she asked was had the flowers been left out in the cold. My daughter told them no, she took them directly from her office to her home. At this point, my daughter just wanted a refund not a refreshed bouquet. She was told I could only be refunded half of the $80 I had been charged. My daughter left the bouquet at the shop as it wasn’t worth taking back home. At this point I am out $80.00. The flowers, although a pretty selection, were already stale and wilting. Some were even tinging a little brown. My daughter’s birthday bouquet, which was meant to cheer her up, was a disaster and a disappointment to say the least. I was charged a $6.00 delivery fee of only a few blocks, the bouquet was delivered uncovered, the flowers were not fresh but already beginning to wilt, and I have been refunded nothing for this poor quality of flowers/ poor excuse for service. I do not recommend this flower shop to anyone. Very unprofessional in service and product. I’m not one to keep the drama going but my daughter is not a liar. She sent me pics of the bouquet that was delivered to her- uncovered. I even made the comment to her in my text back to her “I hope it holds up for awhile “. As of this posting I’ve received no full refund. I stand by my original post: I would not recommend this shop."

"Cassie went above and beyond for us in trying to find a special stuffy for our daughter who has ASD. We had gotten one there from the previous owners and it was misplaced this past year, she has talked about it non-stop and even made missing posters for it. When i was telling Cassie what was going on and what we were looking for she jumped on to try to help us find this exact stuffy. Unfortunately we were unable to find it BUT the fact that she dug and dug to try to help us and our daughter meant more than the world. I will always go to the flower basket for all of my special occasion needs because of this along how great everything there is."
