"Great service from both ladies. Absolutely the best latte just perfect for the Holidays. Better than Starbucks hands down. I went there the majority of the week each time the ladies provided not only the best lattes but also comfort. They weren't aware of the loss of my mother but I sense they could feel it. They both didn't ask any questions just kind words and gratitude. That to me is what real service is all about. Taking the time and really caring for each customer while providing not only a nice cup of coffee/latte, or all the other wonderful drinks and foods, but serving it with love and care. They really live and serve by the business name, Cup of Joy. Thank you for the best Latte and the extra scoop of Care that was served each time."
