"I go to the service department for fluids and the occasional hard to find part. Honda Genuine Fluids are priced at the market rate with little to no markup. I bought a car through them several years back and was unimpressed with the sales tactics-somewhat underhanded on the pricing. But generally speaking, it was not significantly worse than your average dealer and they were polite and accommodating. They were not as cooperative in getting warranty service on another car I brought in, but we were able to get it done. Overall, 4//5 is fair as the service is reasonable and polite. They have their faults but everyone does."

"Had a bunch of warnings on my dashboard, took it to their shop. The guy tells me it’s a battery issue, proceeds to recommend I replace my battery. What do I know, he’s the expert. I fork out $250 for a new battery. Guess what? I drive the car home, I’m pulling into my driveway and all the warnings come up again. Evidently the problem wasn’t the battery!!! I guess I just got fleeced!!!"

"My only issue was that I called to ask a question about the service and when my car would be ready. I didn't receive a call back. The work was completed well and the cost was lower than I expected. That was appreciated. The service personnel were helpful and courteous."

"My previous car was on its last leg and I knew I needed to start looking for a replacement. I looked up online at the pre-owned inventory and inquired information on 2018 Honda HR-V. Ashley, from Andy Mohr Bloomington emailed me the next day about coming by to take a look at the vehicle. Unfortunately by the day I was able to make it in that vehicle had been purchased. I had a few other options picked out that I wanted to look at just in case that happened. I was greeted outside by Mark Gladish when I arrived and he introduced Eric, who is a sales manager. Eric asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle (size, shape, accessories, estimated monthly car payment I would want, ect.) to get an idea which vehicle would be best for me. He suggested a 2021 Honda HR-V. Mark pulled the car up and I was able to take a look at it and test drive it. Mark was able to answer all of my questions and made my overall all experience of purchasing the vehicle a positive one! Dustin who is a finance manager handled finalizing my purchase was awesome! He answered all of my questions. I had a not so great experience with purchasing a vehicle in the past from a different dealership and my experience with Honda was nothing compared to my other experience. I want to thank everyone who was involved. I am very confident and happy with my purchase of the 2021 Honda HR-V. Thank you Honda!!"
