"Dr. Russell and the whole team show a lot of patience with this helicopter Dog Mommy. My kids love to go to dog daycare and I can tell a big difference in the youngest’s manners. Employee turnover is not an issue and it’s comforting to take my babies to people that know them. The facility is always clean, the equipment is new and the boarding suites are great. Plus, plus that they have Saturday limited hours."

"Fantastic facility! Front desk, nurses and doctor were absolutely amazing. Hands down the best vet I've ever been to. Very quickly scheduled us. Got us right back to the exam room. Told me if we ever needed help getting them in or out of the car (because it's just me with who big dogs) just call the front and someone could come out to help. The nurse was very kind and gentle with my fur babies and the Dr. Was so informative. They told me their recommendations on what I should do but weren't pushy. (Which I've had alot of trouble with at past places.) Over all 10/10 recommend!"

When we call for an appointment they know their history without looking anything up and they just means so much! Maddie, Madelyn, Marilyn (if you know you know) treats Polly like she’s her only pet. Dr Russell is the true animal whispering superman. My Bagel and Luna love him and all of his associates. I've never felt so much support and assistance from animal care and it means the world to me! When my Bagel boy had his surgery and dental cleaning he recovered so flawlessly and the stitching was so pristine. Ps, special shout out to Brooke for her absolutely outstanding communication and assistance with the BI situation, she is a complete gem!!"

I never felt rushed, even with many questions. Madelyn was a gem with both Prem and I.
