"I've been a client at the Fishers location for the last 4years. I bring two of my children here and the last year in a half has been absolutely crazy! They cannot keep staff at the reception area. They cancel therapies the morning of or when I show up for therapy. One of my children receive several therapies here and on multiple occasions they have canceled one therapy session when I show up for the other therapy. Due to covid they don't allow siblings in the waiting room so you have to meet the therapist at the door, no issue until the receptionist doesn't check you in! I've called 3 times to check in! I'm not sure what is going on in the last year but they have rapidly declined. I've gone from 10/10 wanting to recommend them to a 2star rating and wanting to pull my children from their services. The individual therapist are great individuals but with the staffing issues and last minute cancelation driving the 45mins doesn't seem worth it!"
