"My son saw Dr Vora she seemed nice, had a student with her for observation purposes. I will say I don’t feel my concerns when it came to my son were heard. It was very much her controlling the conversation and not really taking heed to much of what I was saying. Now I’m kind of stuck continuously calling to make adjustments because what I was saying wasn’t really being considered in the first place. 5/10 if I had to rate the whole experience. At least she tried?"
"Dr. Green is wonderful. She is great with my son. Open, honest, and empathetic. The nurses and staff go above and beyond to assist."
"We really like Dr. Vora. However the nurse or MA or whatever she is that brought my son back for vital signs, height, and weight was very cold and not helpful. I don’t know her position because she didn’t identify herself! I told her I would like a minute with the doctor to say a few things I didn’t want my son to hear. She told me I would need to bring a babysitter or I could send the doctor a message on the portal. My son is 8 and is not a behavior problem whatsoever. Luckily Dr. Vora just had him sit the the waiting room so that I could speak to her for the 2-3 minutes that it took. Just ridiculous that this old lady nurse wanna be staff member couldn’t offer help or a better solution. She needs to retire or get the heck away from kids."
"Our doctor and office is absolutely amazing!! However, currently they only allow one patient and one adult to attend appointments. This means that my husband and son went to the appointment but were told to go to their car and have the appointment virtually from the parking garage because my infant son was with them. This is after they had driven 30 minutes to get there. And after many of the CDC guidelines had been amended. If they are worried about exposure to others, my older son, husband and infant son are around each other all the time, and the germs they will expose others to are the same if 2 or 3 of them are there. Also, what a giant inconvenience to have to find care for an infant just to take an older child to the doctor. An infant. It's not like they brought an aunt or cousin or neighbor. I understand its a covid policy, but it's a policy that creates unnecessary barriers to needed medical care for many families. Thank God we are a family that can afford a phone with enough signal and a network plan that allows us to go to the car and have that appointment. Someone who can't afford their phone bill and took the bus and can't get a babysitter for an hour or two may not have the ability. Then the appointment is rescheduled or just missed altogether."
