"Salesman A.P. was wonderful to work with. The upper sales team are scam artists, they do their best to make sure they get as much money out of you as possible and smile and try to make you feel you are winning a great deal when you are really getting screwed. I have bought several vehicles from this place and this by far was the worst experience. One guys name was steve (manager) and I don't remember the other guys name. They also gave us 14k for our 20k Infiniti , we bought the new caddilac xt5 which is a great car so far. I suggest you be very savvy with deals or take someone with you who is like myself. "Service is terrible!!! I had an appointment at 9:30. Arrived at 9:20 they knew I was waiting. Set there for over an hour with no one even coming to speak to me after checking in. I went up to ask if they had found anything out. Service advisor said they had not even pulled my vehicle in yet. I was in this industry for 15 years and would have never let a waiting customer set that long without speaking to them especially when they had an appointment. I will never return to this dealership or recommend them.."

"After agreeing to the basic outline of the sale, they took a security deposit and i went thru the loan application process. They agreed to hold the truck for 3 days till i could get my trade-in there and go thru that process. 24 hours later they notified me that they went ahead and sold the truck to someone else, after taking my money??!! This is an unacceptable business practice."
