"My wife and I went here to check out some juices and ended up buying some new mods! The 2 guys that helped us were awesome and extremely helpful. They definitely had vast knowledge in the products that they sell. The store was clean and had a good chill atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place. If I could give it more stars I would. "As of my phone call tonight wed May, 5 ,5:00pm 1 star is my review because I spent $200 on the scar 18 kit less then two weeks ago and the fire button may or may not work when it's pressed. This started happing about 1 week ago I call tonight to see what can be done about it and was told by person bring it in and we'll have a guy fix it he's really good . I asked if he was authorized through SMOK to repair their products he said no . Witch means their solution to my problem was to void my warranty because he said that they would not replace it that I would have to go through SMOK and wait the month(s)that it would take to get it back . I see the owner has responded to a post on something slightly similar if the problem is addressed then my review will change"

"The selection was limited, but, the items that they did have were above your average quality. The staff was very helpful & friendly. There is a lot of room for growth within the space, and I hope they take atvantage of that. The vaping lounge was nice, but could use some ambiance. Overall, a very nice vape shop, from the discerning patron, to the most novice of vape product consumers, looking for good advice, from a helpful & smiling face. 3- Stars, because the customer service was so exceptional, but the inventory will leave you wanting... They've even gone as far as to drop wax/dabbing accessories for their mods, according to one of their employees... for whatever reason..."

"Incredible service. I walked in looking for a new tank and some new liquid and walked out with some killer new liquid and a fixed tank. I described the problem I was having with my tank and they were incredibly helpful and fixed my old tank. Very genuine people. They seem to care more about customer satisfaction than they do about turning a profit which is amazing."

"Initially the service was great, i walked in the woman working greeted me. Then i asked for what i needed and she said no problem handed it to me and i did some browsing and then paid and left. I get home and realise that after opening the product it is the wrong one. So i call The Vape Shop and ask if i can return the product. I was denied and they said there was nothing they could do since i had opened it. Had the error or miscommunication been on my end i would have understood that they cant replace a product because of my error. However i clearly stated what i needed and was given the wrong product and then denied compensation and told i would have to buy another one. I dont blame the woman that sold me the product were human we make mistakes it happens, but i blame the policy that if it has been opened it cant be returned because they cant resell it. The error was not on my end i was given the wrong product by the attendent and yet i get punished and had to go elsewhere to get the correct one."
