"Worst experience of my life. Hillhouse delivered my son there back in 2017. She read lab results wrong at appointments. My baby was breech at my last ultrasound, she knew this. I went into labor and rushed to the hospital. She checked my cervix and told me he flipped. Continued to let me dilate. There was a nurse or a tech, someone with way less training than hillhouse. She checked my cervix next, looked at me weird and told me that she wasn’t feeling my baby’s head, she was feeling his buttcheeks, the same way he was positioned at my last ultrasound. But hillhouse said he had flipped 100%. I then continued to sit there for over an hour in labor waiting for the anesthesiologist to show up so I could get a c section. The nurses treated me awfully besides one. I was 17 years old, and this experience basically traumatized me. I’ve had 2 children since, and I PANICKED through the whole experience because of THIS experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would."
