"I liked that I was able to do all business electronically, I've never even been to the office or met them. But they covered my house for several years and I decided to shop and was able to get coverage for almost $400 less per year. Then when I cancelled my coverage 3 months early they didn't actually cancel it which I felt was rude. Not that I would have gotten much of anything back but thankfully I had already set up my new policy so when they billed my mortgage it had already been paid. They didn't cover my cars because I was able to get coverage almost $500 less per year elsewhere. Just make sure you shop around."
