"Dr Larussa is negligent and only looks after himself. He forgot about our Telehealth appointment and I sat around until 7 pm. I called his office and left a message. No one returned my call. I ran out of my medications and left two more messages. No one called me back. The last message I left I reminded him of my medical condition of Myasthenia Gravis. When he received that message he fired me from the clinic with NO explanation. He wanted to cover himself. My Myasthenia Gravis got worse and my health deteriorated . Check with the medical board on his complaints."

"Hands down the worst psych doctor and staff ever. i had scheduled appointments since December since everything is telehealth due to covid. not one time have i had my appointment fulfilled all i get is sorry we have had staff abruptly quit. and we will reschedule you which is usually a month or so out. and of course like today i was rescheduled yet again. i will be looking for another doctor, if you value your mental health do your self a favor and find another doctor. trust me on this!!! I have never seen anything like this."

"Loved Dr. LaRussa but his Medical Assistant Dariana was rude and never returned my 3 calls. When I finally got her on the phone, she did not apologize and was rude. Therefore, I am looking for another Psychiatrist unless I don't have to deal with her."

"As someone who suffers from varying mental disorders, as well as being victim to multiple emotional & sexual traumas, I find it exceptionally difficult to trust; yet I already trust Dr. LaRussa. It's such a relief to finally meet a mental health professional who can see me for who I truly am, and that I'm comfortable enough around to be myself. Even though he's a psychiatrist, he listened to my rambles and my talking in circles. He offered practical theories, and gave solid advice.... And he seemed to really understand me, suggesting we find a therapist to treat my PTSD. He spoke to me like I'm a human being. I've only had one appointment so far but Dr. LaRussa is sooo fantastic! He and the rest of the staff seem to genuinely care about the patients. I look forward to my next appointment with him. If you're someone who's easily threatened, this man is the doctor for you! I've met so many, and none even half as compassionate as Paul LaRussa. His gentle smile alone would make anyone feel at ease."
