"Unfortunately, despite my love for supporting local businesses, I will not be patronizing this particular business due to their poor customer service. During my recent visit, I purchased a box of cigars which turned out to be stale and broken. When I went back inside the store to request a refund, exchange, or store credit, the cashier was unhelpful and insulting. She refused to compensate me and advised me to speak to her manager who was unavailable at the time. As a result, I lost hard-earned money. I am disappointed with the service I received and will not be returning to this store. I hope to hear from the management soon."
