"on top of being followed around the whole time like i’m some sort of criminal by both of the older ladies. i had to run back into my car to grab my wallet and when i came back miraculously 2 extra toners were in my bag when i got home after i told her i’m good, which i KNOW i didn’t accidentally grab because i absolutely hate one of them. it’s just weird because its what they were trying to promote. anywho they need to learn better customer service and let people shop and research on their own instead of standing over and pressuring."

"Well put together store, employees seem helpful but you will be stood over the entire time. I enjoy walking and looking at products and doing my own research, you're made to feel like a suspect. This is NOT customer service, this is customer deterrent. No wonder the store is so empty."

"The employees are really rude. Sometimes they are very helpful but other times what they want is for you to find what you are looking for so that you can leave the store. I like to take my time looking for the dye that I use because sometimes I forget what it is. The last time I went, I mishandled the dye that I always use because one of the employees was already desperate to see me. What do you think I want to steal something? I work I don't need to steal anything!"
